Tripod Canning was founded by Jay Kurz in 2016 after seeing limited options for mobile canning amongst small and mid sized breweries in the Tri State. Through determination, hard work, and no deviation, Jay and Rob have successfully grown the business to where it is today.

As owner of one of New Jersey’s premier tool and die precision metal stampings businesses for 30+ years, Rob has a extensive background and expertise in stamping and manufacturing. Rob oversees all aspects of Tripod’s operation on a daily basis to ensure top quality mobile canning services for our customers. Over the past years, Rob has implemented his extensive experience and procedural knowledge to help Tripod get to the next level of mobile canning. Rob was born and raised in Mountainside New Jersey and comes from a tool and die precision metal stamping background.
